Digital service delivery

Creatifi is a digital SaaS product. There is no physical shipping. Access is provisioned instantly to your account upon successful subscription.

Refund eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions if you have not generated significant content. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to request a refund

Email billing@contentai.app from your account email with your order details. We respond within one business day.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will apply.

Non-refundable items

Renewals after the first billing cycle and one-time add-on credits already consumed are non-refundable.
